Step-by-Step Instructions

1 – Preparing the Device:

 • Connect the pads to the wires and remove their protective film.

 • Make sure the skin is clean and dry before applying the pads for optimal adhesion.

2 – Placing the Pads on the Body:

• Back & Shoulders : Place the pads on each side of the painful areas to relieve tension and muscle soreness.

• Legs : Position the pads on the thighs, calves, or hamstrings to stimulate tired or numb muscles.

• Arms : Apply the pads to the biceps or forearms for quick recovery after physical effort.

• Abdomen : Place the pads on the abdominal muscles to relieve cramps or promote relaxation.

3 – Connection and Activation:

• Plug the wires into the device. If using a single wire, make sure both connected pads are properly placed on the skin.

• Turn on the device by sliding the power switch to the ON position.

4 – Selecting and Adjusting Modes:

• Press the Mode button to select a program suitable for the targeted area (kneading, tapping, acupuncture, etc.).

• Adjust the intensity by pressing the “+” button to increase or the “–” button to decrease gradually.

5 – End of the Session:

• Limit each session to 15–30 minutes per area to avoid overstimulation.

• Turn off the device, gently remove the pads, and reapply the protective film to keep them clean and ready for reuse.
