How to apply it

Do a patch test first: apply a small piece to the inside of your arm and leave it for 24 hours to check your skin is happy.

Cleanse the area and make sure your skin is completely dry, with no moisturiser, oil or make-up where the tape will go.

Cut a strip to the length you need and round the corners with scissors so they don't lift.

Peel back the backing and place one end on your skin without stretching it.

Gently smooth the skin in the direction you want, then lay the rest of the strip down with a light stretch. Reposition straight away if needed.

Rub the tape gently to help it stick. To remove it, peel slowly while pressing your skin down behind it.

This is a cosmetic tape. It isn't a medical device and isn't intended to treat any condition.

Always do a patch test before your first full use, and again whenever your skin feels more sensitive than usual.
Don't apply the tape to broken, sunburnt, irritated or infected skin, or over moles, spots or cold sores.
Don't use it if you have active eczema, psoriasis or rosacea in the area, or a known allergy to adhesives or plasters.
Keep tape off your eyelids and away from your eyes, and don't place it over your lips or nostrils.
Don't stretch the tape across the front of your throat. Apply it gently with little or no stretch on the neck.
Remove it straight away if you feel itching, burning, tightness or discomfort, and don't reapply until your skin has fully settled.
Peel it off slowly. Never pull it off quickly, especially if your skin is thin or fragile.
If you're pregnant, have very fragile skin or take medicine that thins the skin, check with your GP or pharmacist first.
