How to use
  1. 1
Take the existing insole out of your shoe, if it lifts out.
  2. 2
Lay it on top of your new insole, lining up the heels, and find the matching printed cutting line.
  3. 3
Trim along that line with sharp scissors. Cut a little at a time and test the fit as you go.
  4. 4
Slide the insole into your shoe, heel first, and press it flat so the arch sits under the middle of your foot.
  5. 5
Wear them for a few hours at first and build up over several days.
Size guide

Choose the range that includes your usual shoe size. Each insole has printed cutting lines so you can trim it to the exact size of your shoe.

Safety & use

These are comfort insoles. They are not a medical device and aren't designed to treat or correct any foot condition.

  • Build up wear gradually over the first week, as a new arch shape can feel unfamiliar at first.
  • Stop using them if you feel pain, numbness or rubbing.
  • If you have diabetes, poor circulation, reduced feeling in your feet or a diagnosed foot condition, check with your GP or podiatrist first.
  • If you already use prescribed orthotics, ask your podiatrist before switching.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Will these insoles fix flat feet?
No insole can permanently change the shape of your foot, and we don't claim these will. What they do is add a structured arch and a steady heel cup, so your foot feels more supported in your shoes. If you have pain or a diagnosed condition, please see your GP or a podiatrist.
Will they help with plantar fasciitis or heel pain?
These are comfort insoles, not a medical treatment, so we can't say they will help a particular condition. Many people like the cushioning and arch support for long days on their feet. For ongoing heel or foot pain, please speak to your GP or a podiatrist.
Can I use them in any shoes?
They're designed for most closed shoes, such as trainers, walking shoes and work shoes. If your shoes have a removable insole, take it out first to leave room. They aren't suited to open sandals or very slim heels.
How do I choose my size?
Choose the range that includes your usual shoe size: EU 36–38 (UK 3.5–5), 39–40 (UK 6–6.5), 41–43 (UK 7–9), 44–45 (UK 9.5–10.5) or 46–47 (UK 11–12). Then trim along the printed lines for an exact fit.
How do I trim them?
Lay your shoe's original insole on top, line up the heels and find the matching printed cutting line. Trim with sharp scissors a little at a time, checking the fit as you go. It's easier to take off more than to put it back.
Can I wear them all day?
Once you're used to them, yes. They're breathable and cushioned for long wear. For the first few days, wear them for a few hours at a time and build up gradually, as a new arch shape can take some getting used to.
Do they flatten over time?
The arch support is designed not to collapse, and the materials are elastic and wear-resistant, so they keep their shape with regular use. How long they last depends on how often you wear them and how much walking you do.
Will they make my shoes feel tight?
They add a little volume, especially at the arch. Removing your shoe's existing insole usually leaves enough room. If your shoes are already snug, try them in a pair with a little more space.
Can I move them between shoes?
Yes, if your shoes are a similar size and shape. Once trimmed, they'll fit best in shoes that match the size you cut them to.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days and shipped with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel. Full delivery and returns details are in the Delivery & returns tab.
