Overview
The Electric Acupuncture Pen is a handheld massager about the size of a large marker pen. It uses gentle electrical pulses, with no needles at all, delivered through a small head that you hold against the area you want to massage.
Five interchangeable heads change how the massage feels, from a rounded head for broad areas to a fine point head for small spots and a gentle head for the face. Nine intensity levels let you start very softly and build up until it feels right.
It's a massage device for relaxation and comfort. It doesn't treat any condition, and it isn't a substitute for acupuncture from a qualified practitioner.
- Needle-free electrical pulse massager
- 5 interchangeable massage heads
- 9 adjustable intensity levels
- Light, pen-shaped design that's easy to hold
- Rechargeable via USB

Safety & use
This pen uses electrical pulses. Please read the following before use, and follow the manufacturer's instructions supplied with the device, particularly if you have any implanted electronic device.
- Pacemakers and implants: never use it if you have a pacemaker, implanted defibrillator or any other electronic or metal implant, or a heart condition.
- Pregnancy: don't use it while pregnant, and speak to your GP or midwife if you're unsure.
- Epilepsy: don't use it if you have epilepsy or a history of seizures.
- DVT and blood clots: don't use it if you have, or have had, deep vein thrombosis or another blood clot, or over varicose veins.
- Broken skin: never use it on broken, irritated, sunburnt or infected skin, moles, rashes, wounds or recent scars.
- Numb skin: don't use it where you have reduced feeling, as you may not notice if the intensity is too strong.
- Session length: keep sessions short. Start with a few minutes per area on a low level and build up gradually. Don't hold it on one spot for long.
- Children: not for children. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.
- Eyes: never use it on or around your eyes. On the face, use only the facial head on the lowest levels.
- Never use it on the front or sides of your neck, across your chest, on your head, or directly on your spine.
- Don't use it while driving, in the bath or shower, or while charging. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or palpitations, and speak to your GP.

Focused massage without any needles
Some tight spots are small and hard to reach with your hands: the top of your shoulders, the backs of your arms, the muscles around your knees. The pen lets you focus a gentle electrical pulse right where you want it.
There are no needles, so it's simple to use at home. You hold it, choose a level and move it slowly over the area, for a precise, relaxing massage feel.
- PreciseA small head puts the massage exactly where you want it.
- Needle-freeGentle electrical pulses only.
- In your controlStart low and build up one level at a time.
A head for every area
Swap heads to change how the massage feels. Always switch off before changing heads.
Rounded head
A smooth, rounded head for broader areas like shoulders and thighs.
Tapping head
A rolling, tapping sensation as you move over larger muscles.
Scraping head
A gliding, scraping-style massage for arms and legs.
Facial head
A gentle head for your cheeks and jawline, on low levels only.
Point head
A fine tip for small, local spots that feel tight.

Five heads, five different feelings
Each head spreads the pulse in a different way. A rounded head feels broad and soft, while the point head concentrates the sensation into a small spot.
Try each one on a low level to discover your favourites. The rounded head suits broader areas such as the shoulders, while the point head is made for small, local spots that feel tight.
- Broad or focusedChoose how widely the pulse spreads.
- Body and faceIncludes a gentle facial head.
- Easy to swapSwitch off, change the head and carry on.

9 levels to find your rhythm
Everyone feels electrical pulses differently, and the same person might want something softer on their face than on their thighs. Nine levels give you plenty of room to adjust.
Always start at level 1 and move up gradually. A pleasant tingle is all you're aiming for.
- Gentle startBegin at level 1 and see how it feels.
- Gradual stepsIncrease one level at a time.
- Your comfortStop at whatever level feels pleasant.
Made for the places that feel tense
Use the pen on muscles and soft areas. Avoid bones, your spine, the front of your neck and your eyes.
Back and shoulders
On the muscles either side of your spine and across the tops of your shoulders.
Hands and arms
Forearms and upper arms after a day of typing, lifting or carrying.
Legs and knees
Thighs and calves, and the muscles around (not on) your knees.
Waist and tummy
Light, slow movements for a relaxing feel. Not in pregnancy.
