Overview
This belt fastens around your waist so its electrode surface rests against your tummy. It uses EMS (electrical muscle stimulation): gentle pulses at varying frequencies that make your abdominal muscles contract and relax, which you feel as a rhythmic tightening sensation.
Choose from 6 modes, from a softer massage feel to toning and muscle-training patterns, and set the intensity anywhere from 1 to 10. It's light and simple to use, so you can wear it during a quiet sit-down, while working at your desk or doing light chores.
It's a muscle-stimulation and massage belt for comfort and an active-feeling routine. It isn't a weight-loss or medical device, and it doesn't replace exercise.

- Don't use it on irritated or injured skin.
- Don't use it if you have a pacemaker, and speak to your doctor first if you have any health condition.
Safety & use
EMS devices aren't suitable for everyone. Please read this carefully before your first session. This belt is for comfort and relaxation and doesn't treat any condition.
- Pacemakers and implants: never use it if you have a pacemaker, implanted defibrillator or any electronic or metal implant, including a contraceptive coil or mesh in the abdomen, or a heart condition.
- Pregnancy: never use it while pregnant or if you might be pregnant. After giving birth or a caesarean, wait until your GP or midwife says it's fine.
- Epilepsy: don't use it if you have epilepsy or a history of seizures.
- DVT and blood clots: don't use it if you have, or have had, deep vein thrombosis or another blood clot, unless your GP agrees.
- Broken skin: never use it on broken, irritated, sunburnt or infected skin, wounds or recent surgical scars, including a fresh piercing.
- Numb skin: don't use it where you have reduced feeling, as you may not notice if the intensity is too high. Don't use it together with a heat pad.
- Session length: 15–30 minutes, no more than twice a day. Don't wear it while sleeping.
- Children: not for children or teenagers. Keep it out of reach of children.
- Other: don't use it if you have a hernia, have had abdominal surgery, or during your period if you find it uncomfortable. Never place it over your chest or heart.
- Don't use it while driving, in the bath or shower, or while charging.
- Stop straight away if you feel pain, dizziness, nausea or palpitations, and speak to your GP.

Feel your core muscles at work
EMS sends gentle electrical pulses through the belt's electrode surface to the muscles in your tummy. They contract and relax in a steady rhythm, so you can feel your core working while you sit back.
The pulses change frequency depending on the mode, which keeps the sensation varied and interesting from one session to the next.
- Gentle pulsesA rhythmic tightening and releasing feel.
- Varied frequenciesEach mode has its own pattern.

A working-muscle feel for tummy and waist
The belt sits around your middle, where your abdominal muscles are. As the pulses run, you'll feel the muscles across your tummy tighten and relax.
It's a fun addition to an active lifestyle. Pair it with regular movement, walking and a balanced diet. EMS doesn't replace exercise, and how your body responds varies from person to person.
