How to use

For cold use, place the cap in the freezer for 30 to 90 minutes.

For warm use, heat it in the microwave for 10 to 30 seconds. Start with the shorter time and add a few seconds only if needed.

Before wearing, check the temperature against your inner wrist. It should feel pleasantly cool or warm, never painful.

Sit or lie down somewhere comfortable, then gently stretch the cap over your head and pull it down over your forehead and eyes.
