Overview
This is a simple, manual home trainer. You place its triangular frame between your knees or thighs, or between your hands and forearms, and squeeze it closed, then release slowly. Each squeeze is counted on the built-in digital display, so you always know how many you've done.
Inner-thigh squeezes work the muscles around your hips and pelvis, and many women like to pair them with the pelvic floor exercises they already do. You can also use it for arm and chest squeezes, making it a versatile little tool for a gentle at-home routine.
It's an exercise aid, not a medical device, and it doesn't replace the pelvic floor exercises or advice a GP or women's health physiotherapist may give you.

- 2Sit upright on a chair or lie on your back on a mat with your knees bent and feet flat.
- 3Place the trainer between your knees or inner thighs so the triangular frame sits securely.

- 5Hold briefly, then release slowly as you breathe in. The counter records each repetition.
- 6Start with a small number of repetitions and build up gradually over the following weeks. For arms, hold it between your palms or forearms at chest height and squeeze in the same way.

Safety & use
This is a manual exercise aid for your general fitness routine. It isn't a medical device and doesn't treat incontinence, prolapse or any other condition.
- After childbirth or surgery: speak to your GP or a women's health physiotherapist before you start, especially after a caesarean, a tear or stitches, or pelvic, abdominal or hip surgery. Wait until they say you're ready.
- Pregnancy: check with your midwife or GP before using it during pregnancy, and stop if anything feels uncomfortable.
- Pelvic symptoms: if you have leaking, heaviness, a bulge or pelvic pain, please see your GP or ask for a referral to a women's health physio rather than training on your own.
- Pacemakers and implants: the trainer doesn't use electrical pulses, but if you have a hip replacement, pelvic mesh or any implant, check with your doctor before doing squeeze exercises.
- Epilepsy and heart conditions: if you have epilepsy, a heart condition or high blood pressure, check with your GP before starting any new exercise routine, and avoid holding your breath while you squeeze.
- DVT and blood clots: if you have, or have had, a blood clot in your legs, speak to your GP before doing inner-thigh exercises.
- Broken skin: don't press the trainer against broken, bruised or irritated skin, open wounds or stitches.
- Heat and numb skin: the trainer doesn't heat up. If you have reduced feeling in your legs, check its position carefully so it doesn't press or pinch.
- Session length: keep sessions short. Start with a few gentle repetitions and build up slowly. Stop if you feel pain.
- Children: not a toy. Keep it out of reach of children, as the frame can pinch fingers.

A simple squeeze trainer for home
Finding time for a gym class isn't always easy. This compact trainer gives you a structured way to do squeeze exercises at home, on the sofa, on a mat or even at your desk.
You place it between your knees, thighs or arms and squeeze slowly. It's quiet, easy to learn and light enough to keep in a drawer.

Ease back in, with your physio's go-ahead
After having a baby, many women want a gentle, structured way to get moving again. Once your GP or women's health physiotherapist has said you're ready, inner-thigh squeezes can be a calm, low-impact addition to the exercises they've recommended.
Go slowly, breathe out as you squeeze, and never push through discomfort. If you notice leaking, heaviness or pain, stop and speak to your GP.
- Check firstSpeak to your GP or a women's health physio after birth or surgery.
- Low impactSlow, controlled squeezes with no jumping or running.
- At your paceBuild up gradually over the weeks.

Move the trainer to work different areas. Keep every movement slow and controlled.
Inner thighs (seated)

Inner thighs (lying)
Lie on a mat, knees bent, feet flat, and squeeze between your knees.
With your pelvic floor
Gently lift your pelvic floor as you squeeze, if your physio recommends it.
Arms and chest

Work your thighs, hips and arms
The same trainer works for several simple exercises. Inner-thigh squeezes engage the muscles around your hips and pelvis, while arm squeezes give your upper body something to do too.
Mix the positions into a short routine and use the counter to keep track as you go.

- HipsEngages the muscles around your pelvis.
- ArmsPress between your palms or forearms.

See every repetition on the display
The built-in digital counter records each squeeze as you do it, so you don't have to count in your head. That leaves you free to focus on breathing and moving slowly.
Seeing your numbers can make your routine feel more structured and motivating from one session to the next.

A stable frame that stays in place

That stability helps you focus on slow, precise movements and keeps the trainer comfortable to use.
